'Incompetent' teacher decision due
A primary school teacher is due to find out if she is to be struck off the register for incompetence.
Susan Barnard pleaded guilty to professional incompetence at a General Teaching Council Scotland (GTCS) hearing last month.
She admitted she failed to manage the behaviour of her pupils and was unable to plan lessons.
