Cycling chiefs in speed limit call

Cycling chiefs have called for 20mph limits to become the norm in residential streets.

They say the move would ease the danger they face from motorists.

Holyrood's Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change Committee will hear evidence from cycling bodies as part of its inquiry into active travel.
