Residents who had already died were still on a list of elderly people said to be staying at a care home on the night of a fatal fire, an inquiry has heard.
Phyllis West, a staff nurse at Rosepark Care Home at the time of the blaze, said the list had not been updated by the night of the tragedy.
Fourteen residents died when a fire broke out in a cupboard at the home in Uddingston, Lanarkshire, in the early hours of January 31, 2004. Four people were injured.
