Anne takes up Group MD job

PERTH’S Castlecroft Securities Limited has promoted Anne Smith to the position of group managing director.

The company is one of Scotland’s leading providers of high-quality serviced office, business office and industrial premises.

Anne joined Castlecroft in 1996 as an office administrator and in 1998 became office manager.

Three years later she was promoted to general manager, looking after the property division, waste management and secure self-storage divisions.

She masterminded the project management of the group’s prestigious £5 million King James VI Business Centre in Perth which opened in 2006 and has already achieved 70 per cent occupancy, attracting key tenants such as MGM Timber, Laing O Rourke, Matrix Display Scotland and Atlantic Salmon Trust.
