Weightlifting: Pitlochry Club

FINLAY CAMPBELL of Pitlochry Weightlifting Club, sponsored by RW Bell Electrical Ltd, won gold at the inaugural Kilwinning U16 Cup held in Kilwinning, Ayrshire.
Finlay won the 77kg class with a 56kg snatch and a 68kg clean and jerk for a 124kg total all personal bests.
This is the second title that Finlay has won this year and brings the number of competitions won this year by Pitlochry lifters to 21 and includes six Scottish and four British titles.
