THE Spring Series of races continued on Tuesday with three boats taking to the water for Perth Sailing Club.
Positions after Handicap: April 15 – Race One – 1 Bare Away (John Ferguson), 2, No Worries (Oliver Williams), 3 Silvery Tay (Bill Inches); Race Two : 1 Bare Away (John Ferguson), 2 No Worries (Oliver Williams), 3 Silvery Tay (Bill Inches); April 18 – Race One – 1 No Worries (Oliver Williams), 2 Aeolian (Bob Watson/Eric Taylor), 3 Enterprise (Bill Inches /Mike Warne); Race Two: 1 Enterprise (Mike Warne /Bill Inches), 2 No Worries (Oliver Williams), 3 Aeolian( Bob Watson/Eric Taylor); April 19 – Heathens – 1 Bare Away (John Ferguson),2 Solo (Colin Fullerton), 3 Aeolian (Bob Watson/Malcolm Saynor).
Post racing, club members practised man-over board rescue training.
On Saturday, April 25, Perth Sailing Club Members will be giving a Sailing Demonstration between the Bridges in Perth City.
Sunday, April 26 is the open day at Perth Sailing Club and visitors are welcome to visit us at Lairwell below Friarton Bridge.
