VARIOUS Perth Volleyballers compete in a three-against-three competition before finishing with six-a-side games at the weekend.
It was good to welcome three newcomers to Perth, Kaimil and Pawel from Poland and Dainis from Latvia. All three mixed in well.
Sunday sees the first half of this season’s Recreational League Cup at Bell’s Sports Centre with seven of the 13 teams competing.
The following Sunday will see the remaining six teams competing with the top two from each competition meeting in cross-over semi-finals.
Games will be played as the best of three sets of 15 points or 22 minutes, whichever is sooner. Each team will play six games and officiate twice or three times.
Teams are asked to note the early 6pm start time with play continuing until 10pm.
