LETHAM Amateurs (sponsored by The Welcome Inn): In a free-flowing friendly game, the Tangerines came out on top by the odd goal in nine against old opponents Newburgh Juveniles. Weekend activities will be advised.

Letham Lads (sponsored by Stagger Inn): The team's first pre-season friendly as part of their preparation for the coming season was against their club mates Letham Amateurs played last Thursday night. Whilst playing attractive football they lacked the fire power of their more illustrious opponents.

Letham U19s (sponsored by J Queen and Son): With the start of the new season in the Dundee leagues just a few weeks away it is essential pre-season training begins.

Letham U16s (sponsored by TI Protective Coating): The Tournament at Stirling turned out to be a valuable experience for the team. Opening league game is on Sunday (August 24) at home to Luncarty.

Letham U15s (sponsored by A.De Cecco): Max was pleased with the commitment and performance at their special exercise at Burrelton last week. Workout is planned for Sunday in clubhouse at 1pm.

Letham U14s White (sponsored by Scottish Hydro Electric): Next training session is on Thursday at Seven Acres at 5.15pm.

Letham U12s Tangerine (sponsored by Scott McRae): There will be training tomorrow at Seven Acres from 11am to 12.30pm. The game scheduled for Sunday at Coupar Angus has been cancelled.

Letham U12s White (sponsored by David Miller): The new season commences on Sunday with a home game against Scone Thistle YFC. This match which kicks off at 10.30am will be played at Goodlyburn School.

Letham U12s Sky Blue (sponsored by Scottish Hydro Electric Plc): Auchterarder Thistle play host to the team on Sunday which kicks off at 10.30am.

Letham U11 tangerine (sponsored by Turriff Contractors): Pre-season training continues on Wednesday with Colin at Seven Acres: 6pm.

Letham U10 Tangerines (sponsored by John Gillespie): The new season kicks off on Sunday with an "away" game against the under 9 Whites. Meet clubhouse at 9.30am. Training: Thursdays at 5pm.

Letham U10 Whites (sponsored by John B Tainsh): The Whites commence the new season with a game at Seven Acres against their club mates in the Tangies. Meet clubhouse at 9.30am. Training tonight from 6pm.

Letham U9 Tangerines (sponsored by SCR): On Sunday they face their older clubmates in the Whites for their first game on Sunday. Meet clubhouse at 9.30am. This is followed on Wednesday evening with an away game at Luncarty.

Letham U9 Whites (sponsored by Johnston Carmichael): The Whites face the under 10 Tangerines on Sunday. Meet clubhouse at 9.30am.

Letham Girls U9 (soccer school): The girls continue to be coached on Friday evening at Seven acres from 6.30pm.

Letham Girls U11 (sponsored by Scottish Hydro Electric): Pre-season training continues tonight at Seven Acres with Ian from 6.30pm.

Letham Girls U13 (sponsored by Scottish Co-op); John and Kevin continue training tonight at Seven Acres from 6.30pm. First game will be on Saturday, August 23.

JEANFIELD Swifts Under-12s are looking for two new players before the new season starts. Anyone Interestedshould attend the training session this Sunday, 6pm, at the training ground at Jeanfield Swifts (North Muirton).
