Perthshire Amateurs look to the weekend

BIG County clubs face some tricky replays in the third round of the Scottish Cup.

Ballinluig are away to Dumbarton Rock and Balmoral Utd travel to Kilbarchan. Letham face a jaunt north to face Newmachar of Aberdeen while Breadalbane head west to play Westerlands. Letham United will start favourites at home to Hallkirk of Wick. Finally, Burrelton host Auchterarder in an all-Perthshire affair.

Both Coupar Angus and Vale of Atholl get their first crack at the third round proper and host Stirling City and Port Glasgow respectively.

In the North Of Tay cup Vale Of Earn host Letham Lads Club and will start hot favourites while Comrie Rovers will need to keep up their unbeaten form to overcome Claypotts.

Only one league game goes ahead in Division One and it’s the biggest of the season so far as current champions Roselea when they face fierce rivals St Johns.

In Division Two Almondvale go for their third win on the bounce at Tay Thistle, while Fairfield are away to Wolfhill.

Kenmore travel to play the Strath in the Third Division.
