PERTHSHIRE’S Prostar Community Six-a-side Superleague saw Glenburn Giants run out 7–1 winners against Saints Utd. in the opening Superleague One match of the night.

Unathletic Madrid were 5–0 winners against Udineasy who were unable to raise a full team for the fixture but Madrid took on Saints in an entertaining friendly match.

Langtoun Forres Mechanics and Earnvale Thistle locked horns with the former coasting to a 5–0 victory which lifts them into second place in the table.

League leaders Where is Sophie were given a real test this week as they did battle with Langtoun Locomotiv who are also in the hunt for the title. Although the game was evenly matched, Sophie showed their extra quality in the final minutes to secure a 5–3 victory which maintains their flawless 100 per cent record.
