HAVING gone 13 games unbeaten, Highland Perthshire side Breadalbane have now lost two in a row following defeats against Roselea and near neighbours Ballinluig.
Players and coaches will be hoping to return to winning ways in the North of Tay Cup against Bank Street Athletic.
In the same competition, experienced campaigners St John’s should start as slight favourites when they travel to Broughty Utd.
Bridge of Earn head north to face Ballinluig in what promises to be another cracking cup encounter.
Burrelton head across eastern Perthshire to face Balmoral in the Marshall Cup, knowing a win could give them an advantage going into an up-coming league duel.
The gap between fierce Fair City rivals Letham and Roselea is growing with every passing game, and the latter could do some serious damage to their near neighbours in the Perthshire Cup on Saturday.
On league duty, Alyth will seek to get maximum points from Auchterarder to avenge a defeat earlier in the season.
It’s almost a full card in Division II, with the pick of the games being table-toppers Craigie heading out to Comrie looking to complete a league double and boost their championship aspirations.
Both Coupar Angus and Wolfhill will look to take advantage of any dropped points as they entertain Bridgeton and Tay Thistle respectively.
After some late fixture changes in Division III, stuttering Letham Lads face their toughest test yet in Kettins, who are in red hot form.
The Kenmore young-guns, capable of an upset, await in-form Strathearn Grove – who will be looking to continue their recent goal-fest.
Rattray, Newtyle and Taybank will also be hoping for victories, on account of their league positions, but all face tricky ties.
