LAST week: Don McVicar scored his second-ever goal for Saints at McDiarmid Park in the game against Clydebank in August, 1989.
This week: Saints beat Forfar 3–1 in their next home game at the new stadium. Which player became the first to score a hat-trick, grabbing all three goals in that match?
THIS week’s Super J is eight-year-old Steven Sorokaniuk, of Rattray, a pupil at the local primary school. He enjoys playing football in his spare time and would like to be a professional player when he is older. His favourite food is macaroni and his top former Saints’ player is Jason Scotland. If the Perth club had the cash, he would like them to sign Cristiano Ronaldson as “he’s the best.”
