PERTHSHIRE football starlet Lana Clelland, pictured, played for Scotland in the recent U15 internationals against Wales at McDiarmid Park.
A proud Lana, from Methven, figured in both games, which the Scots won 4-0.
She has been playing football since the age of eight and has credited Ken Drummond of Letham Football Club for first introducing her to girls football and putting her name forward for the development squad.
Ken first spotted her potential and talked Lana into playing for Letham U13 girls. She was a smash hit, equalling a club record when she scored 12 goals for her team against Celtic!
Lana then moved on to St Johnstone U15s and U17s, where she had two successful years.
The teenager also played in the winning team for Perth Grammar School last year when they won three trophies, including the U15s Scottish Shield and the U16s seven-a-side Scottish Shield.
In October, Lana became the first East coast based player to sign for Glasgow Rangers U17 girls and getting her first call up for Scotland crowned a great year for the talented 14-year-old.
