SAINTS fans outnumbered their Rangers rivals in the midweek cup crowd.
Around 3900 home supporters took in the Homecoming Scottish Cup tie.
The Ibrox club sold 1100 tickets which weren’t used for the game.
There were several arrests at the match, mostly in the East Stand reserved for Perth supporters.
Perth managing director Stewart Duff noted the vast majority of the crowd was well behaved.
He said: “Hopefully our fans saw enough to entice them back to league games as the side bids to maintain top position in the division.”
