Booths are big on sport

IT has been a memorable month for the Booth family in Comrie.

Following hard on the heels of golfing successes for Curtis Cup starlet Carly and big brother Wallace, who claimed a Scottish amateur crown, teenager Paul defended his title at the Welsh Powerlifting Championships in Cardiff.

Paul has also received confirmation he’s been provisionally selected to represent Tayside in the National Special Olympic Summer Games in Leicester.

He will be attending the official launch of the Tayside Team this month in Forfar’s Reid Hall.
