A champion of champions

STRATHMORE and Blairgowrie member Alex Bushby crowned a memorable season by capturing the county Champion of Champions crown over the Kings Course at Gleneagles.

The Perth and Kinross team member posted a 78 and edged out Gwen Lambie from Dunkeld courtesy of a better in ward six holes.

In third place with a 79 was Jackie Brown of Whitemoss, whose better inward half beat county champion and Muckhart player Laura Walker.
