Golfers get tips for new season

CRAIGIE Hill Golf Club is ensuring Big County gofers are ready to tee-up the new season.

On Wednesday, the Perth golf club, which is celebrating its centenary season, will host an open talk and demonstration by osteopath Shona McKay.

Shona will demonstrate warm-up exercises to help players stretch the relevant golf muscles before play.

She will then talk about stretches which are designed to help prevent golf related injury, before explaining how to working on core strength will help improve your golf game.

Shona’s talk will be a demonstration with audience participation.

The night sees the launch of the Craigie Hill GC Centenary clothing range in association with Glenmuir.

The evening is free of charge and open to all Big County golfers. Shona will talk from 7.30pm, with viewing of Centenary clothing from 6.30pm.
