Crieff hill race a success

ANOTHER successful Knock Hill Race went off without a hitch, as runners from across Scotland and North England came to compete in the annual event.

A new winner in veteran Paul Dugdale (Kendal AC) won the Knock Hill Race at Crieff by 15 seconds from Ross McLennan (Forth Valley Orienteers) with local Club Strathearn Harriers' Will Manners in third.

The first two in the women's race were also veterans, Judith Taylor (Carnegie H) having a couple of minutes in hand over Jacqui Higginbottom (Carnethy HRC).

A big thanks to all staff that helped out as well as the local Cadets whom helped with the marshalling again of the event.
