Dear Editor, – This group of concerned residents writes to express the misgivings it holds regarding the Visitor Centre being proposed for Lower Mill Street, Blairgowrie. The group feels many members of the local community are unaware of what is proposed. Notification of public meetings was sketchy, with the public meeting held on January 21 arbitrarily closed before all questions had been put and answered.Read
